This is great news! I've been tryingto locate Maureen McCroy (now Moleen). I believe she lives in Union, NJ but has an unlisted phone number. Perhaps this reunion will help me find her!

We've heard from a number of you but there are so many that we have no idea where they are. If you would pass the web site along that would be great. Gary Prin I guess has an unlisted number, does anyone know his email?

We have over 125 names/addresses/emails but we need you to spread the word. Some of our teachers want to attend as well, apparently we were a well liked group! Formal invitations will go out January 1...an email asking for a home address should be out by mid-November. If you have any questions just email us through this site, we're looking to have the best reunion yet.

We have over 350 names/addresses now but we're still looking for as many classmates as possible. The invitations will be mailed by Wednesday, March 5 and we'll include a list of everyone we've found. If you know where we might find someone not on the list, please let us know. Thanks and see you in August!

What a pleasant surprise! Upon hearing Edna's voice on my voicemail, I was 17 years young again! Count me in attendance. I now reside in Northern Virginia and work at the Pentagon.

Looking over the list of names brought back a flurry of memories! What good times we had! Left NY in 1976 for San Francisco only to return for visits. Would love to see pictures from the event. I hope everyone has a great time! --Amy Lutzker - Gottlieb <mailto:agsfgirl@attglobal.net>

Thank you Edna for the phone call. I will not be attending the reunion. I did not receive an invite to the 30th, so the precedent for my not attending is in place. I did attend a reunion in the Spring of 1973, held at our alma mater, with the valedictorian from the Class of 1969. It was an open reunion for all graduates of RHHS. I had a grand time, so I will quit while I am ahead.

Also, it was brought to my attention, that at the 30th reunion I was badmouthed by a former flame and a former friend (both of whom I also graduated with from P.S.90). If, after 30 yrs., peers still have issues, I'd rather not be in the house. As for info on the highly esteemed Madame Costa (now, there was a teacher), I did read her daughter's wedding announcement in The NY Times some years ago. At the time, Madame C. was the Supervisor for French Language instruction for all of the NYC public schls., or was it for just the public high schls.--can't recall? Would like to hear from Evelyn Picker(I think we live in the same state), Margaret Kreuter, and Michelle Bernstein. My e-mail is as follows: tom-liverpool@hotmail.com Thank you. I'm very happy to see so many familiar names on the list. I look forward to attending this wonderful event. 40 years seems to have gone by very quickly - I'm hoping the next 40 years goes by a little slower. After 33 years of marriage to my first wife, I was privileged to have 3 children and 15 grandchildren. You'll get to see my second wife of 4 years, of which there are 11 children and 6 grandchildren. So I've been a little busy these 40 years and would love to hear about you ladies and gents as well.

Has anyone heard from Mr. Berkowitz? And what about Wanda Beverly - I don't see her name on the list. --Merrick A. Reed, I <mailto:merrick.reed@siemens.com>

I won't be able to attend. I'm helping my oldest daughter move into her 1st apartment near her college. I would be happy to hear from old friends and acquaintances and had a nice email conversation with Howard Scheiman a few months ago. I am in touch with Glenn Ruckstuhl, Angelo Angelis, Inara Angelis(nee Drava), Tom DiRosa, Sam Lewbel, and Malcolm Beatty. I cannot tell you how much I regret not coming. I was at the 25th and thoroughly enjoyed it.

This site does indeed inspire nostalgia - when I saw the photos I could name most people, and more or less expect that you all look just like that... but I suppose that isn't the case:)

Sadly I will not be able to attend the reunion - we spend summers on the family farm in Sweden and early August will be right in the middle of all that. (Funny reading about Madame Costa - I wonder what she'd say if she knew I became a translator - though from Swedish to English, not French). The details - 36 years of marriage to the same Swedish American, lived in Sweden while he went to med school, etc, for 11 years, had two boys there, back to the US to North Dakota first for residency, and now Washington state since 1985, where we added a daughter (who is getting married in june). Four years ago we moved from a tiny tourist town in Western WA to a tiny tourist town in Eastern WA, and we love it, with the deer and cougar and bear wandering around - quite different from Richmond Hill. We make a couple of trips back each year to see my parents, who are still in the house where i was born. Sorry I won't get to see you all but I hope there will be pictures. If anyone wants to say hi, email below. And many thanks to Edna and the other organizers! --susan katz larsson <mailto:slarsson@cnw.com>

Thanks for the invitation - I can't attend as it conflicts with a business trip to San Diego. I have lived in Phoenix, AZ for 20 years and work for the Convention & Visitors Bureau as a Projects Manager. My email is ThomTerranova@gmail.com

It's been fun reading these posts. Unfortunately, I can't make it to the reunion. Just a brief bio: I graduated from George Washington University in 1972 with a BA in English; MA and PhD. from The University of Chicago (1973; 1978), where I met my husband, now a professor of mathematics at the Naval Academy. I've had a checkered academic career, but am very happily established as a Senior Lecturer in English at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. I'm a medievalist, so teach courses in King Arthur, Joan of Arc, Chaucer, and so on. No kids, but a series of dogs--mostly Bernese Mountain Dogs. Our current love is 2 1/2 year old Bronte. My parents (Dad, Louis, graduated from the Hill in 1932) retired to North Carolina in 1983, just celebrated their 60th anniversary. My sister Joan (Hill, class of 1972) just became a grandmother, so I'm a great-aunt. Life is good.

It's killing me that I can't attend the 40th reunion. Enjoyed the 25th immensely. I've been practicing Internal Medicine in Orange Co. Calif,Tustin for 30 yrs, married 32yrs .Loving Calif life style, miss Manhattan though. I'm sure most of you know Josh Brand has been a successful producer, Northern Exposure and a lot of other good stuff. Hated French but loved Mrs.. Costa.
